We’ve added 3 more saws for subcontract sawing, increasing our capacity to 19 saws.
By increasing the number of heavy-duty vertical bandsaws, we’re able to improve the volume we can handle and turnaround times for small to medium cut ups of rings, blocks, plates, castings, forgings etc.
Also added is another 400 class fully automatic bandsaw for precision cutting of billets and bar materials.

Starting May 2025, Accurate Cutting Services will discontinue its distribution of Amada bandsaws and saw blades. This decision allows Accurate Cutting to concentrate on expanding their subcontract sawing service, utilising the entire site. Amada UK Ltd will continue the distribution and support of Amada saws, blades, spares, and service. This expansion will provide you with a broader selection of manufacturing solutions directly from the manufacturer.
In the coming months, Amada UK and Accurate Cutting will work together to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, you can continue placing orders through Accurate Cutting, but Amada UK will fulfil them.
This change is happening because of the projected growth of Amada's core products with direct global support, combined with Accurate Cutting Services' strategic shift to refocus on subcontract sawing. Both companies have agreed to end the current distribution arrangement.
In the short term, nothing will change. You can expect the same prices, shipping, delivery, customer support, and warranties. Amada UK will honour existing warranties on new Amada machines sold by Accurate. In the long term, you'll benefit from being part of a larger organization with global support.
