The UK’s largest, most versatile sub-contract metal sawing service

Accurate Cutting Services can provide sawing solutions to seemingly intractable machining problems, producing cost-effective answers where other cutting techniques have failed.

Its Midlands-based, main saw-shop can take most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with sections from 12mm to 1500mm diameter, and slab and plate up to 8000mm long, 1060mm thick and 25 tonnes in weight.

The company has also established working cells in Lancashire, and a second Redditch location and operates over 58 saws 24 hours a day. Accurate operates some machines within customers’ own premises, reducing WIP and transport costs and optimising response-to-change times.

The sawing skills at Accurate Cutting Services, founded on almost 40 years’ experience from a wide variety of jobs, are complemented by its own in-house saw-blade manufacture, re-manufacture and sharpening facilities.
