Amine-free metal working coolant for high performance. This water miscible EP coolant is formulated from mineral oil. This 2nd generation coolant is free of amines and boric acid. The amine-free coolants offer excellent protection for operator and environment.Kool-ALL 244 is a multi-purpose coolant for all heavy machining operations of steels, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Especially good in machining aluminium, including tapping and reaming.

The demands on water-miscible metal working coolants are changing continuously because of production,

environmental and operator safety requirements. DoALL’s semi-synthetic fluids optimize the benefit of synthetics and soluble oils in one fluid.

These fluids contain typically 6 to 25% mineral oil and performance enhancing chemical additives.

The oil enhances overall tool life and improves surface finish quality. Chemical additives further prolong tool life and provide tramp oil rejection while cleaning the machine and workpiece.

These coolants provide excellent cooling and keep costs to a minimum. Low oil emulsion levels keep bacteria growth and odour to a minimum and help to extend sump life and reduce disposal costs.
