Kleen-Flush 010 System Cleaner for fluids incl. mineral oil

This group of additional fluids is developed to improve the maintenance of the machines as well as to keep the cutting fluids in excellent condition.

Kleen-Flush 010 is a cleaning agent.

It removes impurities from tooling machines, their coolant tanks and tubing without any additional work. The machine can operate normally during the process. This cleaning agent is based on removing soil, bacterial slime, fungal patches and yeast colonies from surfaces. Even on inaccessible places!

Oil separations and creaming are quickly re-emulsified and loosened dirt is carried by the emulsion.

• Use Kleen-Flush 010 for emulsions containing mineral oils.

Add 1 – 2% Kleen-Flush to the old emulsion and run for at least 8 hours, than drain system, flush with water and refill system.
