Scope:

The cutting of all types of materials to customer drawings/specification for general engineering and aerospace industries.

Capacity to 2000mm (78″) round or square on a gantry bandsaw and 1000 x 6000mm on a vertical bandsaw.

Mitre and angle cutting capacity up to 2000mm (78″) round or square. 

Also a fully equiped auto saw shop which has a capacity from 6mm to 700mm diameter.

Maximum weight limit 25 tonnes.

The registration includes a system to provide lot traceability to raw materials/components. Assessed in accordance with the requirements of AS/EN9100 rev B as specified in SBAC/ASCS document TS157 issue 5.
