DoALL Supreme M81 Bandsaw Blade

We are proud to introduce the brand new range of Supreme M81 Bimetal Bandsaw Blade from DoALL. It has been specifically designed and developed for the sawing of tough metals such as Tool Steels, Stainless Steels, Nickel based alloys and other “Exotic” alloys.

DoALL Supreme M81 blades feature a special M81 powder metal tooth tip with a hardness of 70Rc, varying tooth angle, varying tooth height and an extremely positive rake angle.

Sawing trials have proven that DoALL Supreme M81 bandsaw blades out perform standard M42 and M51 bandsaw blades and give the user considerable benefits. Increased cutting rates, longer tool life, improved penetration and improved surface finish are all major reasons why Supreme M81 blades should be used in place of the standard M42 and M51 products.

With 40 years of sawing services behind us, Accurate can offer subcontract cutting for sizes upto 2000mm diameter, 6000mm long x 1000mm thick and 25 tonnes. Additionally, Accurate is the main UK distributor for DoALL bandsaw blades, Morse and Arntz blades, Julia and Daiko HSS to disposable carbide blades from a large stock.

The set tooth design from DoALL has a positive rake ground tooth form and designed to withstand rapid tooth wear when cutting fast in abrasive materials. Most suited to materials like aluminium castings, graphite, fibreglass etc.

DoALL Triple Chip Production bandsaw blade

Both the DoALL Triple Chip production blade and the Triple Chip Wave blade are manufactured from a carbide tip with a triple chip tooth grind and a positive rake angle, but the Triple Chip Wave blade is also ground with a wave on the tooth height for additional penetration. Both types work well in Super Alloys, high nickel alloys and titanium etc. with the Wave blade offering better performance in larger diameters.

The StructurALL bandsaw blade has a M42 bi-metal tip ground with a positive rake tooth to a special form to withstand excessive shocks received when cutting interupted or thin sections. The design offers a strong strip resistant blade for use with structual materials, either as singles or in nests or bundles.
