Accurate has taken over distribution of Pedrazzoli bending, end forming and deburring machines in the UK.

From Monday 28th June 2010, Accurate Cutting Services Ltd will be distributing the Pedrazzoli range of bending, end forming and deburring machines for the UK market.

Spares, service, installation and refurbishment of existing machines will be available to existing Pedrazzoli bending machines customers.

DoALL Supreme M81 Bandsaw Blade

We are proud to introduce the brand new range of Supreme M81 Bimetal Bandsaw Blade from DoALL. It has been specifically designed and developed for the sawing of tough metals such as Tool Steels, Stainless Steels, Nickel based alloys and other “Exotic” alloys.

DoALL Supreme M81 blades feature a special M81 powder metal tooth tip with a hardness of 70Rc, varying tooth angle, varying tooth height and an extremely positive rake angle.

Sawing trials have proven that DoALL Supreme M81 bandsaw blades out perform standard M42 and M51 bandsaw blades and give the user considerable benefits. Increased cutting rates, longer tool life, improved penetration and improved surface finish are all major reasons why Supreme M81 blades should be used in place of the standard M42 and M51 products.

New sawing capacity at Redditch

Accurate Cutting has recently installed a new heavy duty Soitaab gantry saw of up to 2000mm capacity to enable faster customer service. The gantry saw allows jobs to be more accurately positioned on the table, and the saw is moved over the job on linear rails enabling multiple cuts without repositioning.

As well as the standard vertical cuts, the saw can cut horizontally and diagonally at angles between 0 and 90 degrees.

Soitaab manufacture gantry saws of up to 3000mm with up to two sawing heads on one bed to facilitate toping and tailing simultainiously and plate and block saws up to 9000mm run length and in two directions.

DoALL is one of only two manufacturers in the world who makeÂ all the machines, blades and consumables used in metal cutting. This gives DoALL products the edge with matched solutions for all cutting applications.

Using Accurates 40 years of sawing experience, the DoALL product range will be fully supported from our new machine display area and showroom, our in house grinding and welding lines, and service engineers.
