C-4100A SFV Bandsaw

C-4100A SFV Bandsaw

These saws provide exceptionally high torque at low speeds for unmatched productivity and operating economy. They use a wide, 41 mm saw blade that provides both greater beam strength and large tooth gullet capacity. Coupled with the ability to use either bi-metal or tungsten carbide saw blades, these machines can cut virtually any material at production rates.

The C-4100 series features one-piece construction of the sawing and indexing sections.

An underslung carriage on the indexing vice allows the workpiece to rest on roller conveyors instead of on the shuttle vice. Together, these features provide superior indexing accuracy throughout the life of the machine.

The C-4100A uses a simple pushbutton and switches control panel with manual length setting device and piece counter to set the machine.
