2012-D12 Vertical bandsaw

The DoALL 2012-D12 is an economically priced diamond band saw for cutting friable materials including quartz. Designed to use up to 27 mm wide grit-edged saw bands, model 2012-D12 has a 508 mm throath with a standard 305 mm work height that accommodates a wide range of material sizes.

It features 508 mm wheels to minimize band fatique, an electric ballscrew-controlled cast iron table with a 305 mm stroke for greater productivity and a variable frequency 3,7 kW AC drive with band speeds from 170 – 1.680 m/min.

The 2012-D12 has a simple design, including an easily accessible coolant reservoir and pump system, plus features such as a band speed and feed rate control from the operator panel, result in reduced operating costs, minimal maintenance and lower total cost of ownership.
